Largo is a high intensity, low impact exercise class for people of any age or fitness level. It is a non-contact class that incorporates traditional Arnis and Muay Thai martial arts technique. Largo is a one hour workout that will improve your strength, stamina, and flexibility.Largo is a total body workout, targeting all major muscle groups in every class. The Largo workout is performed to upbeat, high energy music. Classes incorporate high cardio, calorie burning exercises as well as resistance training and stretching. No two Largo classes are the same, so you will never become bored with your workout.
Ancient Breathing classes use poses and motions to improve stability and flexibility while improving lung capacity.
Muay Thai: Boxing Gloves, Thai Shorts, Mouth Guard, Cup and Head Gear are required.
